Top was born in Samut Prakarn, just outside Bangkok, in 1971. He completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Chiang Mai University in 1996 and then went on to complete his Masters at the prestigeous Silpakorn University, in Bangkok.
He has exhibited his work in many places in Bangkok, at the National Gallery on Chao-Fa Road and contributed to annual painting exhibitions sponsored by Philip Morris Group, Toshiba, Panasonic, PTT and the Bangkok Bank. His work has won many awards at these exhibitions.
